Prepare the Package
Place your unworn sneakers or apparel in the original box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the shipping container.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
